1. EXCHANGE / PAYMENT TIME
– Within 07 days from the date of purchase (according to the date on the invoice)
– For customers who order ONLINE from the date the customer receives the product (Based on post office confirmation).
2. TYPE OF EXCHANGE / REFUND
– Goods at full price
– Discounted goods less than 50%, excluding Voucher if any
3. LOCATION OF EXCHANGE
– Apply at all showrooms throughout the system of GAI AP
4. CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE / REFUND
– Exchanged goods must still have labels, barcodes, unused and with the purchase invoice intact.
– In case of return and exchange without invoice, please return to the showroom where you purchased the item for assistance.
– In case the customer is given a gift, use the phone number provided by the buyer, match the item code and size on the invoice to query for exchange.
– The value of products exchanged/returned is calculated according to the unit price on the purchase invoice.
– Only accept returns of defective products from the manufacturer (fabric tearing before use, color smearing, fabric scratches, fading … and qualified labels)
– Refund method: by other products or VOUCHER, “Order Voucher” of equivalent value.
5. CASE OF REFUNDS OF EXCHANGE / PAYMENT
– Purchase time is more than 07 days.
– Labels and barcodes are not intact.
– The product has been modified, used (dirty, torn, damaged, shriveled, faded, has a bad smell, unusual chemical smell), defective due to external influences after purchase, or the product’s accessories/attachments are no longer complete/damaged.
– Products of socks, bath towels, hand towels, face towels…
– Products given away under promotions or bundled with BST.
– Discounted products in programs with discounts of 50% or more.
6. NOTE :
– Customers can only exchange for products with a monetary value or higher than the value of the purchased product and pay the remaining difference. Or refund by Voucher, “Order Voucher” of equivalent value.
– Not applicable to product returns and non-cash refunds in any form
– Products can only be exchanged once/a bill according to regulations.
– The arising cases will be handled according to the special policy under the jurisdiction of Gai AP.
