1. WARRANTY APPLICATION PRODUCTS:
– All products of Gai AP Co., Ltd (except towels, socks…)
1 to 1 warranty within 07 days, if there is a defect from the manufacturer.
2. TIME & SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
– Time: 1 year warranty from the date of purchase (Applicable on the invoice)
– Scope: applicable to genuine products purchased at GAI AP system (showroom, website, fanpage…) and errors caused by the manufacturer during the customer’s use can be remedied and repaired. .
3. WARRANTY POLICY (FREE and TOLL):
3.1. Free warranty conditions:
– The product has a warranty period calculated from the date of purchase.
– The product is defective and is used correctly according to the user manual that comes with the product
– All technical problems of the manufacturer such as: thread slip error, thread break due to loose knotting or poor thread quality (no warranty on breakage due to external force only)
– Simple repair such as cutting the bear, squeezing the product…
– Limit errors, details that change the product design.
– Replacement of materials: For products with damaged zippers, missing buttons, attached logos within 90 days from the date of purchase.
3.2. Warranty and repair for a fee:
– The product is out of warranty period according to Gai AP’s policy.
– Applicable to repair products on request or with additional materials, please pay that extra cost.
– Defective products caused by users (calculated according to product details)
– Products from 50% off, SHOWROOM products and old season products.
4. WARRANTY PROCESS:
– In the process of using the product, Gai AP encourages customers to refer to the user manual in advance to properly store the product.
– Please bring the product to any Gai AP showroom throughout the system to be checked and advised by staff. After receiving the product, Gai AP will check the product status and notify the warranty return results to you:
For simple detail products: from 3-5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
For product specifications: from 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
5. SPECIAL CASE OF WARRANTY NOT RECEIVED:
– Products of socks, bath towels, hand towels, face towels…
– The products have been arbitrarily edited, before being checked according to Gai AP’s WARRANTY PROCESS.
– Defective products arising from improper use and storage**, are not covered by the warranty even within the specified period. (** Color fading, material damage …)
– Complicated product repair can change the standard design of the product.
– Products given away with promotions or gifts with the Collection.
– SHOWROOM products, old season and discounted from 50%: Gai AP will carry out repairs for a fee according to details or may refuse to repair under warranty in case seasonal materials are not available.
– Warranty repair time depends on the complexity of the product.
– For customers buying ONLINE. Customers with warranty repair requirements can bring the product to any GAI AP genuine showroom to use the service.
-The arising cases will be handled according to the special policy under the jurisdiction of Gai AP.
